    The rubber soft joint can also be called: It is a pipeline connection with high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance and weather resistance. The rubber joint is a tubular rubber piece composed of inner and outer layers of rubber, ply and steel ring. After being vulcanized at high temperature and high pressure, it is combined with a metal flange or a parallel joint. This product takes advantage of the high elasticity, high gas properties, medium resistance, weather resistance and radiation resistance of rubber, which can reduce the vibration and noise of the pipeline, and can compensate for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes. This product is widely used in: chemical, construction, water supply, drainage, petroleum, light and heavy industry, refrigeration, sanitation, plumbing, fire protection, electric power and other basic projects.


    Classification

    1) according to the performance is divided into general, special, heat-resistant three categories,

    General category: suitable for conveying water with a temperature of -15℃~80℃, acid solution or alkali solution with a concentration below 10%. Special type: suitable for special performance requirements, such as oil resistance, plug resistance, ozone resistance, abrasion resistance or chemical corrosion resistance. Heat-resistant: suitable for conveying water with a temperature higher than 80°C
